Your request and your local project card.

How website visits, local tools and email contact are handled.

Your answers remain in your browser

The six questions do not send anything to a server. The website does not store form details or place cookies.

Contact by email

Clicking the email address opens your own email app. Do not send case files or sensitive personal data. We use your email only to answer your question.

Measurement without a personal profile

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for totals about visits and page performance. It does not use cookies or local browser storage and does not create a personal profile. We do not use these details for advertising.

Have you received an email from us?

Did we email you before you knew us? This explains where your address came from, why we wrote and how to stop. It provides the information required by Article 14 of the GDPR.

Where the address came from. We use only public business details: the email address on your organisation’s own website. We may find your organisation through a public register or industry directory. We do not buy address lists or invent email addresses.

What we keep. Your organisation’s name, town and website, and a business email address. We also keep a contact person’s name and role if your website states them. We record what we sent, when we sent it and whether a reply arrived.

Our legal basis. We contact organisations that fit our product. We rely on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Article 11.7(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act also applies to business email. Where an organisation has itself published a business address to be approached, prior consent is not required for mail to that address. We therefore use only addresses on your own website. Every message lets you ask us to stop. Our assessment considers that the data is business data, that we send only a few messages, and that one word is enough to stop.

How to stop. Reply “stop” or “no”. We will not message you again. We block the address that replies, rather than a colleague’s address: they may have a different preference. If you want us to stop contacting your entire organisation, say so and we will.

How long we keep it. We keep these business details while we contact organisations in your sector. If you request deletion, we remove your details from our system. We retain only your email address on a suppression list to prevent another message by mistake.

Your rights. You may object to these emails, and we always act on that objection. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data. Email alex@genantis.com. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We do not sell this data or share it with others. The email itself is sent through our email provider.

Who is responsible?

Slimmezaken, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 81946104, Amsterdam. Genantis is the name under which Slimmezaken operates. Contact: alex@genantis.com.

A request through the website

The request form sends your organisation, business email address and optional expected month to Genantis. We use this to handle your request. This is done at your request so we can handle your enquiry. Cloudflare processes it in our existing EU intake database. The saved request has a receipt code and is deleted after 90 days at the next valid submission. A daily hash of your IP address limits abuse; the raw address is not saved in the intake database. Follow-up emails are kept only as long as needed. No files or payments are sent through this form.

23 October 2026: added the website request form. The optional local tools and the existing outreach information are unchanged.
