Scope and fixed quote
Before work starts, we agree the systems, case count, fields, required input and delivery date. You receive a fixed quote in advance. Work starts after you agree the assignment.
Your team accepts the migration
DossierSpiegel does not make legal, substantive or financial decisions. The supplier and client remain responsible for review and acceptance. Your team records who reviewed each difference and when.
Data sharing
Do not send case files or sensitive personal data with your first request. Before sharing data, we agree the scope, roles, secure delivery, access and deletion.
